During the more than 35 years of his career, Dale Chihuly has almost single-handedly elevated the public perception of glass, creating forms that are now considered on an equal level with the traditional arts of painting, sculpture, and architecture. The works you see in this gallery represent many of the most important series in Chihuly’s creative life.  These objects are the result of the artist’s innovation and experimentation.  Chihuly constantly develops new forms that not only challenge the limitations of glass as a medium, but which also carry ever-increasing power and resonance.
