5:00 pm: FAC doors open
All evening: Cash bars will be available throughout the facility. A photographer, Dr. Dan, will be roaming around looking for people who would like to have their picture taken!
5:00 - 7:00 pm: ‘Out-of-this-World’ Art Gallery, Tours of NASA | ART
5:00 pm: ‘The Meteor Movie Theater’ opens, showing a variety of short films throughout the evening for art enthusiasts and lovers of dance; drop in any time during the evening!
5:00 pm: ‘Tango-till-Twilight’ dance room opens featuring Argentine Tango music with some Swing & Salsa too! DJ: Dean Baumann (There may be a surprise tango performance in this room also!)
5:30 - 7:30 pm: ‘Celestial Dining Room’ in Café 36 opens, serving a fabulous four-course gourmet dinner. A limited number of reservations are still available, call 719.477.4377 today to reserve your table!
5:30 - 6:30 pm & 7:30 - 8:30 pm: Remarkable Nashville singer, Katy Kinard, and guitarist, Neil Kovac will be performing in the ‘Celestial Dining Room’ to enhance your dining experience!
6:00 pm: ‘Ring-Around-the-Galaxy Dance Hall’ opens featuring music for both West Coast Swing & Country dancers! DJ: John Sinnott; Dance performances by champions Monty & Kristen Ham.
6:30 pm: ‘The Milky Way Dessert Buffet’ opens in the ‘Corridor of Lights!’ Cost for the Dessert Buffet for non-ticket holders is $7.50.
7:00 - 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm- 12:30 am: ‘Wish-Upon-a-Star Piano Bar’ welcomes talented Robin Kissinger playing classics, standards and ballads to brighten your New Year!
8:00 pm: ‘The Milky Way Hors d’oeuvres Buffet’ opens. Casual dining with a courtyard view in the ‘Corridor of Lights.’ Cost for Hors d’oeuvres Buffet: One Time Pass $17.50 or All Night Pass $27.50.
8:00 pm - 12:00 am: Karaoke! Entertain the crowd and sing your favorite songs with ‘Mr. and Mrs. Karaoke,’ Aaron & Amanda Clary! Sing a song, become a star ... and the crowd goes wild!
9:00 - 10:00 pm: ‘Wish-Upon-a-Star Piano Bar’ features sing-a-longs with lively and entertaining Mark Chartier. Come sing-along with Mark!
9:30 pm: ‘Full Moon Ballroom with Stargazers Terrace’ in Café 36 opens for a classy evening full of ballroom dancing. This exquisite ballroom features a romantic terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and star-filled sky.
11:45 pm: All dance rooms close and everyone gathers in the ‘Corridor of Lights’ and ‘Wish-Upon-a Star Piano Bar’ to bring in the New Year together. (Tango dancers will dance through the corridor!)
12:00 - 12:30 am: Countdown to the New Year and midnight champagne toast ending with singing Auld Lang Syne accompanied by singer & pianist, Robin Kissinger. After a brief ‘thank you’ speech by Richard Love, Robin will continue to entertain us with marvelous moonlight serenades on the piano as we wind down this incredible evening.
