Renowned sommelier James Hayes of Araujo Estates Wines will host this very special new seminar. Guests will have the opportunity to compare and contrast pre-1997 vintages of Napa's top Cabernet Sauvignons, including Araujo, Caymus, Chateau Montelena, Dominus, Flora Springs and Robert Mondavi, with their current releases. Due to the extreme rarity and high quality of the wines to be tasted, seating will be extremely limited.

Back by popular demand is the Food & Wine Seminar at the Fine Arts Center which will feature Chef Soa Davies, who spent nine years as the Chef de Cuisine at the famed Splendido at the Chateau, Beaver Creek’s premier gourmet eating establishment, before being tapped by celebrity chef Eric Ripert to join his culinary team at New York City’s three Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Bernardin. She is considered one of the food industry’s lauded tastemakers. The pairing of exquisite food with the perfect Napa wine will be explored at this delicious, sell-out luncheon.
