Join our incredible line-up of illustrious Napa winemakers to taste and discuss their world class wines. Jean-Noël Fourmeaux du Sartel of VGS Chateau Potelle, Michael Keenan of Keenan Winery, Mike Richmond of Bouchaine Vineyard and Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Winery will lead a lively, fun, interactive discussion of the effects of tannins, terroir, oak treatments and natural yeast on wine. To illuminate those effects, the winemakers will pour nine different wines for you to taste, including Chardonnays, Cabernet Sauvignons, Pinot Noirs and Zinfandels from Napa Valley.

Renowned sommelier James Hayes of Araujo Estates Wines will host this very special new seminar. Guests will have the opportunity to compare and contrast pre-1997 vintages of Napa's top Cabernet Sauvignons, including Araujo, represented by James Hayes, Caymus, represented by Jim Solano, Chateau Montelena, represented by Dave Vella, Dominus, represented by Archie Riley, Flora Springs, represented by Andrew Raifaisen and Robert Mondavi, represented by Steve Mason, with their current release. Back by popular demand is the Food & Wine Seminar at the Fine Arts Center which will feature Chef Soa Davies, who spent nine years as the Chef de Cuisine at the famed Splendido at the Chateau, Beaver Creek’s premier gourmet eating establishment, before being tapped by celebrity chef Eric Ripert to join his culinary team at New York City’s three Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Bernardin. She is considered one of the food industry’s lauded tastemakers. Soa will pair her exquisite food with the wines of Jean-Noël Fourmeaux du Sartel of VGS Chateau Potelle, Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Winery and Dave Vella of Chateau Montelena, illustrating why they are considered three of Napa’s top wine producers and she is considered a top NY Chef.

The culmination of the Festival is the Gourmet Wine Dinner and Live Auction. The evening begins with a five-course gourmet dinner, each course paired with the elegant wines of our distinguished guests, and concludes with the region’s premier live auction of rare collectible wine and wine-related lifestyle packages.
