2009 Summer Day Camps at La Foret
Outstanding arts and acting education with instructors from Bemis
School of Art and the FAC Theatre Company, plus outdoor activities
and swimming in the afternoons with La Foret staff.
This summer, Bemis School of Art once again offers art and acting day camps set in the lush forest at the 400 acre La Foret Conference and Retreat Center. Students age 6-11 will stretch their imaginations with a variety of artistic styles and techniques, theatre games, mime and improvisation.
Art activities explore elements of composition and design through painting, printmaking, and collage; Acting activities develop skills like voice, movement and characterization.
