Each spring, the Fine Arts Center's dedicated volunteer docents lead an interactive tour program in collaboration with Imagination Celebration's Spring Festival of the Arts. This year's program will feature an interactive museum theater experience – Off the Wall – where paintings and sculptures come to life in the Fine Arts Center galleries. This year, students will create their own "passports" to take home.
The works of art set to “come to life” for students are among the most well-known of the FAC collection. School tours and home school groups (kindergarten through eighth grade) are encouraged to plan visits Tuesday, April 27, through Friday, May 7. Reservations can be made by contacting Bemis School of Art at 719.475.2444 or tours@csfineartscenter.org. There is a fee of $3.50 per person, children and adults.
