This event will feature dinner buffet, performances, dancing, karaoke, contests, singles-mingles, gallery tours, cash bars, a midnight champagne toast, and more.

New Year's Eve Menus
The Food Designers will be providing the buffet for New Year's Eve
Springs Salad Mixed baby greens with imported gorgonzola cheese, caramelized walnuts, and craisins in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Prime Rib Carving Station Served sliced with a Béarnaise Aioli and fresh horseradish sauce.
Roasted Chicken Breast Roasted chicken breast with a tomato and artichoke beurre monté.
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes Homemade Idaho mashed potatoes blended with salt, cracked white pepper and oven roasted garlic.
Roasted Vegetables Seasonal vegetables roasted with olive oil, rosemary, basil and sage to perfection.
Goat Cheese, Spinach and Tomato Ravioli Handmade large ravioli stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, tomato and roasted garlic served with parsley and thyme beurre monté
Bread Rolls Freshly baked dinner rolls
Tasty Treats To include Godiva chocolate brownies, cookies, and Myer lemon bars.
Assorted Truffle Lollipops, an assortment of the Chef’s signature truffle and cheesecake lollipops.
In addition to the buffet, there will be a food court where the following items are available for:
New York Pizza $3 a slice
Coney Island Hot Dogs $3 each
Additionally, the food court will include a bar for purchasing beer, NY style drinks, and gourmet coffee.

Kareoke Contest
The Karaoke Contest begins at 10 p.m. in New York City (Glass Corridor) but you can sign-up for the contest starting at 9 p.m. Please note: The contest is limited to the first 10 contestants that sign up.

Dance Contest
The dance contest will begin at 9:30 p.m. Contestants can sign up starting at 9 p.m. before the contest begins in the upstairs LA Nightclub (The Music Room). Below are the songs for dance contest:
Hotel California
The version of Hotel California that will be used in the dance contest is not the original version of this song. The version that will be played in the contest can be found on iTunes. It is on the Bossa 'n Mix Vol 2 album, and the artist is listed as 'Made famous by Eagles.'
Suggested dance style: Night Club 2 Step and Alternative Argentine Tango.
Criminal
For the dance contest, the original version of this song will be played. You can find this song on iTunes. It is from the Femme Fatale (Deluxe Version) album, and is sung by Britney Spears.
