(A Beer and Whiskey Tasting)

This second annual tasting in celebration of Pikes Peak Western Heritage Days features foot-stomping, courtyard-romping bluegrass music from Grass It Up, plus samples of hand-crafted spirits from Downslope Distilling and micro brews from Colorado Springs's own Bristol Brewing Co. Guests sporting a big-ass belt buckle get $5 bucks off admission at the door. Admission: FAC Members ($15); non-members ($20).

MUSIC
Bluegrass music from Grass It Up in the FAC Courtyard. Grass It Up was voted "Best Original Band of 2010" by readers of Colorado Springs Independent (after winning runner up in 2009 and third place in 2008), as well as "Best Original Band of 2009" by The Gazette.
FOOD
Amuzé at the FAC will be selling three types of brats and a tasty Campfire Wild Game Chili made with bison, wild boar, and elk sausage.
