Museum Scavenger Hunt
Who doesn’t love a good scavenger hunt? Pick one up at our front desk and as you explore the art in our first floor galleries, see how many items you can find on our list! From a cheeseburger to a slice of bread, this fun scavenger hunt will open your eyes to things you’ve never even noticed before.
Family Adventure Days
Join us from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. for a FREE opportunity to express your creativity through hands-on art activities. Let our teaching artist ignite your imagination through the exploration of different themes, art materials and techniques.
August 25 Art of the Dog art activities inspired by Year of the Dog exhibition will include:
- Puppy Prints: young artists use puppy/dog related items to make prints on paper
Blue Dog Pastels: young artists will use oils on black paper as inspired by Blue Dog by George Rodrigue
Mud Puppies: young artists will use clay to hand build their own furry (/muddy) friend.
