The Curious Palate
Wine Tasting Class
The Curious Palate is a tasting class series that is designed to explore the world of wine and spirits and learn your palate in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The Curious Palate is for the taster who wants to take their personal wine or spirits experience to a new level by building knowledge while having fun! What is the difference between drinking and tasting and does it matter? How does what’s in your glass pair with food? How can you elevate any event with a little more flavor? While we take our studies and classes seriously, we strive to make each tasting class delightful and dynamic!
Classes are from 6-7:30p; space is limited; paid reservations are required. The cost for Feb-Nov classes is $30 per person ($25 for FAC Members) and includes friendly, professional instruction, tasting of five wines paired with food bites, and a takeaway note sheet. The Dec class is $45 per person ($40 for FAC members).

Holiday Flights and Bites
In this tasting you will be able to visit several stations (bubbles, white wine, red wine, aperitifs) with different beverage and food pairings that will make for a great holiday season experience. Please note: this class is $45 per person ($40 for FAC members).
